3. SMS/Text Messaging

Consent

Preventa Wellness may send SMS/text messages to users who have explicitly opted in to receive them. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Preventa Wellness related to your wellness assessments, appointment reminders, report availability notifications, and account-related alerts.

You may receive recurring messages. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Preventa Wellness.

Opt-Out

Rates & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You may receive up to 6 messages per month depending on your assessment activity and account usage. Preventa Wellness does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Authorized Wellness Partners: We share assessment data with the wellness partner through whom you received your assessment, solely for the purpose of delivering your wellness services.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS messaging, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

• Aggregated/De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified data for research, analytics, or industry benchmarking purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
